Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of Stellarcube Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") internal management plan for personal information is to establish matters concerning technical, administrative, and physical safety measures necessary to ensure safety so that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, forged, altered, or damaged when processing personal information in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Article 30 of the same Enforcement Decree, and the Standards for Securing Safety of Personal Information (No. 2023-6).
Article 2 Definitions
Terms used in the internal management plan for personal information are defined as follows:
1. "Personal information" refers to information about a living individual that falls under any of the following:
A. Information that can identify an individual through name, resident registration number, and images
B. Information that cannot identify a specific individual by itself but can be easily combined with other information to identify them. In this case, whether it can be easily combined should reasonably consider the time, cost, and technology required to identify an individual, including the availability of other information.
C. Information that cannot identify a specific individual without the use or combination of additional information for restoration to its original state by pseudonymizing items A or B according to No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as "pseudonymized information")
2. "Pseudonymization" refers to processing personal information in such a way that a specific individual cannot be identified without additional information, such as by deleting or replacing part or all of the personal information.
3. "Anonymous information" refers to information that can no longer identify an individual even when using other information when reasonably considering time, cost, and technology.
4. "Information subject" refers to a person who can be identified by the processed information and is the subject of that information.
